How can I book an appointment?

I booked the wrong appointment. Can I change it?
Yes, you can modify an incorrect appointment. You can change your booking by calling: +36 30 366 0116.For online bookings, you can also modify your appointment using the link in the confirmation email.If you encounter any issues, our team will be happy to assist you.
I selected the wrong service when booking online. Do I need to change it?
If your appointment is with the same doctor on the same day, there is no need to change it. You can simply mention the change during your in-person consultation.
Where can I park?
Primavera Medical Center - Váci 34:
As our clinic is located in the center of Budapest, we recommend parking at the WestEnd CityCenter parking lot. From there, the clinic is a 3-minute walk away.
Primavera Medical Center - Oktogon:
As our clinic is located in downtown Budapest, in the immediate vicinity of Oktogon, we recommend parking in the public parking spaces around Oktogon or in the nearby parking garages.
From there, the clinic is a comfortable 2-3 minute walk away.
How do I get to the clinic?
Primavera Medical Center - Váci 34:
The address of the clinic: 1132 Budapest, Váci út 34. 4th floor 3. The entrance is located between Ferdinánd Patika and SPAR. After pressing doorbell 16, we will be waiting for you on the 4th floor.
Primavera Medical Center - Oktogon:
The address of the clinic is: 1067 Budapest, Teréz körút 23, 3rd floor, 11. After pressing doorbell 38, we will be waiting for you on the 3rd floor.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Arriving 10–15 minutes early is sufficient, as this allows time for registration.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend having a companion present in cases of pregnancy, fertility examinations, or if the patient is a minor.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, credit card payment is available at our clinic.
Can I request an invoice for my health insurance fund?
Yes, we can issue an invoice for your health insurance fund without any problem.
