Laboratory packages available
Insulin resistance and PCOS package
Insulin resistance is a reversible condition with proper treatment, but if neglected, it can lead to diabetes in the future. The risk is higher if there is a family history of carbohydrate metabolism problems or if you have previously been diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

Hormone testing to be performed on days 3-5 of the cycle
Most of the hormone tests included in the package are cycle-dependent, so it is advisable to consult your gynecologist in advance regarding the date of sampling. Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, we recommend performing the panel at the beginning of your menstrual cycle (days 3-5).

Hormone testing to be performed in the second half of the cycle
Most of the hormone tests included in the package are cycle-dependent, so it is advisable to consult with your gynecologist in advance regarding the date of sampling.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, we recommend performing the panel in the second half of the menstrual cycle
on the 7th day after ovulation.
We recommend measuring prolactin levels in the second half of the cycle according to the FEMM protocol.
Pre-surgery examination package
The purpose of preoperative laboratory tests is to assess the patient's health and any potential risks. This information helps the anesthesiologist choose the most appropriate anesthesia for the surgery and also allows them to identify any factors that could cause problems.
Bile acid level measurement
Itching during pregnancy may indicate an increase in bile acid levels. Pregnancy-related bile stasis is mainly an unpleasant symptom for the mother, but it can also be dangerous for the fetus. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important to prevent damage to the health of the fetus.
Ovarian tumor marker measurement
We recommend these tests primarily for female patients whose treating physician has ordered more thorough testing due to an uncertain ovarian pattern.
With a few exceptions, tumor marker tests are generally not suitable for screening clinically asymptomatic, healthy people for cancer. Abnormal tumor marker levels are more important in cases of clinical suspicion due to the progression or recurrence of the lesion.
Thrombosis panel for contraception
The package helps to investigate congenital blood clotting disorders. Blood clotting disorders increase the likelihood of blood clots forming, and these clots can travel through the blood vessels and cause embolisms. The package includes testing for mutations in blood clotting factors that play a role in coagulation.
Blood typing and antibody screening
In our laboratory, we perform ABO and Rh(D) typing on all blood samples sent for blood group testing, as well as antibody testing. We perform this test two to three times during pregnancy in expectant mothers, as one or more new antibodies may develop during pregnancy.
